Effective client management and growth reporting is an important part of managing a succesful agency. With IGBlade.Pro this cannot be any simpler.
In the previous post you have set your client dashboard up, now you will set up their login credentials and automatic reports.
You’ll need to set up the email address from which the reports will be sent out automatically. Do this under Customization->Mailing
Since IGBlade.Pro uses Amazon as its mailing service you will get a confirmation email from Amazon with a link in it. In your email inbox clicking the link in the mail should confirm the address as yours.
Step 1: Setting up Clients
Head to the Clients tab to add your first client. You will be sending thier login credentials and reports from this screen.
Your clients will be able to view the stats of their assigned accounts. You can also schedule reports for them here. more on this further down.
IMPORTANT: To assign an Instagram account to a client it first has to be added to your Accounts dashboard
Step 2: Sending Password setup mails or Login Links
Your clients can access your site in two ways: 1. Using a username and password, 2. using a Login Link.
We recommend using login link since it’s simpler and less cumbersome for your clients.
To send out login links: Select the checkbox in front of your clients’ name, click actions (on top) and "Send login link".
If you’ve set up and verified your sender email address under Customization->Mailing you should get a "Login link sent" message.
Once they clicked the link they can access the site directly as their device will be remembered. Read more about login links here
